Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears - Week 8, 2016
Date: October 31, 2016
Location: Soldier Field (Chicago, IL)
Final Score: Bears 20, Vikings 10
Weather at Kickoff: 52°F (Clear)
The Fit: Navy Jersey / White Pants
Vegas Line: +4.5 Bears
Key Notes: A Halloween Miracle! The Vikings came into Soldier Field as the 5-1 kings of the North, and we absolutely bullied them. Jay Cutler returned from his thumb injury and played like he actually wanted to be there, which was a nice change of pace. But the real star was Jordan Howard again. He had 153 rushing yards and basically treated the Vikings' defense like a minor inconvenience.
This was one of those rare nights where everything clicked. The defense sacked Sam Bradford five times, and the crowd was actually into it. For one night, we weren't the punchline of a joke. We were the "Monsters of the Midway" again, even if it was just a costume for Halloween.
