Chicago Bears vs Los Angeles Rams — Week 11, 2019

The Los Angeles Rams defeated the Chicago Bears 17-7 on November 17, 2019, at the LA Memorial Coliseum in Week 11 of the 2019 NFL season. 

Game Summary

The Rams' victory was a defensive battle, with the team holding the Bears to just 267 yards of total offense. Rams running backs Todd Gurley and Malcolm Brown accounted for their touchdowns. 

  • Rams Scoring:
    • Greg Zuerlein kicked a 38-yard field goal in the second quarter for the first points of the game.
    • Todd Gurley scored on a 1-yard touchdown run in the second quarter.
    • Malcolm Brown sealed the win with a late 5-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.
  • Bears Scoring:
    • The Bears' only points came from a 12-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Mitch Trubisky to running back Tarik Cohen in the third quarter. 

Bears kicker Eddy Piñeiro missed two field goal attempts, from 48 and 47 yards, in the first half which hampered the Bears' ability to score early. Mitch Trubisky was eventually benched for backup Chase Daniel late in the game, though it was officially attributed to an injury.
